Beloved husband of Ann V. (nee Nelson). Loving father of Debra Budd-Fariello (Paul), Everett K. Budd, Jr. (Elizabeth A.), Patricia A. Budd-Gibson (Arthur), Susan A. McCourt (Robert J.) and Edward T. Budd. Cherished grandfather of Robert K. Shannon (Jillian), Lauren M. Buckley (Terence), Lianne E., Lindsay E. and Everett K. Budd, III, Sarah A., Abigaile A. and Mathew A. Gibson, John R., Aileen K. and Rebecca McCourt. Adored great grandfather of Annalynn G. Shannon and Charlotte R. Buckley. Dear brother of the late Lois V. Bernagozzi, Roger A. Budd, George R. Budd (Sharon), Harold E. Budd (Diane), Carol A. Mascia (Sam) and Curtis V. Budd. Mr. Budd is also survived by his 30 nieces and nephews as well as his many grand nieces and nephews. Reposing Sunday 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm at the Powell Funeral Home, Inc., 67 Broadway (Rt. 110), Amityville. Wake prayers 7:30 pm followed by John J. Kreyer Post # 7223 VFW service at 8:00 pm. Funeral mass Monday 10:30 am St. Martin of Tours RC Church, Amityville. Interment with military honors in the Amityville Cemetery.
