It's with a heavy heart that I am writing this tribute to my cousin Brian. We were born the same year in 1958 and spent a lot of time at all our family get togethers and holidays from a very young age. It's said that your personality and character are developed through Genetics around 20%-60% but I strongly believe a lot of it comes from the people closest to you as you grow up. Brian and I both shared a lot of the same memories with family as kids..... we had so many crazy times and laughs! To name a few I remember one when the song "My Way" came out by Frank Sinatra, I believe we were about nine years old. We were at Uncle Eddie' and Aunt Marie's house and my Dad and Uncle Jerry would play that song over and over. Well being the comedian we all know that Bring was went into the kitchen and lip sang it with all his crazy facial expression and body twerks. I would laugh so hard time and time again! After High School I left for the Military and would come home once or twice a year. One occasion when I was home that song came on after being gone for quite awhile and he would bust out and do his act. From that day on every time I was home I would see him and would call him "The Chairman of the Board" and we'd laugh so hard !!! Another memory which is dear to my heart when I was stationed out in California I'd hear of Brian stopping over to see my Mom Aunt Caroline. It would bring tears to my eyes, he was such a sentimental, caring person. He was very special !!! He was a very spirited, gentle, selfless, thoughtful, loving and kind person. He never had any bad words to say and made countless people smile. I will miss him dearly ! I know God has a very special place for him in heaven. Thanks for the many laughs and memories Brian!!
"I've lived a life that's full, I traveled each and every highway............"
