Obituary of Mary Y. Garone

Mary Y. Garone of Massapequa, LI on April 16, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Peter D. Loving mother of Peter Garone (Janis) and Robert Garone(Joanne). Cherished grandmother of Daniel Garone and his fiance Gina, Kristin Garone, Alyssa Daidola (Matthew) and Anastasia Garone and her fiance Zachary. Adored great grandmother of Nathaniel Daidola. Dear sister of Gloria Lambert and the late Laura Righetti. Mrs. Garone is also survived by her nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 pm at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:15 am in St. Rose of Lime RC Church, Massapequa. Following a private cremation, Mrs. Garone's cremated remains will be interred in St. Charles Cemetery at a later date.
